This unit was last used in the household products industry. It was well maintained, REGULARLY USED. The unit unwinds rolls, feeds and cuts non-woven fabric at speeds up to 200 PPM. It produces wet or dry product and "Z" or "C" style folds. The unit includes a wetting station and the optional stacker. The stacker counts product in increments of five and stacks them up to 2.5" high. Maximum open web width is 20". Unwind roll dimensions are 20"W x 40"D. Minimum folded width of product is 2.88". Maximum folded width of product is 8". Features: Wipe folding, cutting, wetting, stacking, roll unwind, fold bypass. Air: 80 PSI. Electrical: 230/460V 3PH/60Hz.

Marketing Description

The Elsner ZFV Series of fully automatic folding machines is known for high speed folding of Nonwoven products such as baby wipes, personal hygiene products, industrial-strength wet cloths and other items. The cut-off knife is now servo controlled. Servo controls are also now used for stack separating and on elevators for stack lowering to adjust for stack height. Cut length is also now servo controlled. All mechanical changeovers for product size or pile height have been eliminated. The electronically controlled servo systems provide easier set up, repeatability and exceptional accuracy to assure quality finished product.
