This UHT system was NEVER BEEN USED.  It is a UHT skid designed for High-Acid service; some features include PHE heaters and coolers with special alloy meant for isotonic (high salt) beverages, deaerator with essence/flavor recovery and high energy recovery, 1000 gallon product supply tank and 250 gallon water tank.
