This sleeve labeler was REGULARLY USED. The HC Series of labelers is a rotary, mulit-headed family of sleeve label applicators for speeds ranging from 125 to 1200 cpm. the HC Series uses a "clamp and draw down" method of application which is extremely positive. This method also lends itself to partial height labeling, where the label must be positioned at a particular point on the bottle.
