We can sell your disconnected equipment directly from your warehouse, plant floor, comanufacturer, or any other location nationwide at a low cost* to you.

Here are a few examples:


A> Sell Entire "Lot" and Buyer Takes-Over Lease Payments
We can sell the entire "lot" of detached assets located in your warehouse and have the buyer take over the entire warehouse lease payments. In addition, we can have the buyer dispose of any remaining scrap.

B> Sell a "Portion" and Buyer Makes Partial Lease Payments
We can sell a "portion" of the detached assets located in your warehouse and have the buyer take over the warehouse lease payments directly related to that portion.

C> Sell "Any Combination" (No Lease Involved)
We can sell individual pieces of equipment, a portion or the entire lot of your detached equipment directly from your warehouse or plant floor to a buyer or an end user.

*Note: The low cost will apply if 1> your assets are located within a four hour drive of Chicago, Illinois, 2> overnight travel is not required, and 3> you select our basic Detached Assets marketing package. Otherwise, additional expenses may apply.

Connected AssetsTM Service

We can sell your connected equipment from any location nationwide. These assets typically require some disconnection or dismantling at a nominal cost to you. You can also include your disconnected equipment and combine any of our other investment recovery options with this service (e.g., transfer, trade, donate, etc.).

Here are a few examples:

A> Sell from One Location - Connected
We can sell individual pieces of equipment, a portion or the entire lot of your connected equipment directly from your warehouse or plant floor. The disconnection is typically a sellers cost. The dismantling and rigging can be negotiated with the buyer.

B> Sell from Multiple Locations - Connected & Disconnected
We can sell individual pieces, a portion or the entire lot of your connected and disconnected equipment directly from your designated locations nationwide. The disconnection is typically a sellers cost. The dismantling and rigging can be negotiated with the buyer.

C> Sell from Multiple Locations and Combine - w/Other Services
We can sell your connected / disconnected equipment and combine these efforts with other investment recovery options to create one program. For example, we can sell equipment from two locations while helping you transfer equipment to another. The disconnection is typically a sellers cost. The dismantling and rigging can be negotiated with the buyer.
